Things we like about the new SF Forum

Number one for me would be the Theme Chooser. Love it.

The look of it, and it seems to load faster and more efficiently. I like having more smileys on the forum and I also like the "like" function in messages.

PMs? Yeah, me too, that's a good one. Being able to click on a persons name in a quote and get taken back to their original post is another one I like.

I love the new logo and slogan as well.

The top bar that follows you down as you scroll.

You know I never realised there WAS a new logo, though I do remember the asking for it. Hey!!! It's nice!!!!!!!!

The individual whose l logo was chosen preferred to remain anonymous.

Unanswered threads button - so it is easy to see who hasn't had support yet and make sure nobody gets missed!

I only noticed it last night. Was going to put a post up about it but then felt stupid as maybe it had changed a bit back and I just hadn't noticed so I changed my mind.

I love all of the new functions and can't think of a single thing I don't prefer. Must admit I was really worried it wouldn't 'feel' right anymore. But it feels exactly the same. And that's my favourite part - we're all still here <3

Lol! Don't be so sure

Thank you all that have helped in making the site changes- thanks for the new logo- we had a lot of logo submissions and chose this as the full logo (yes they did request to be anonymous and do not ) and are using a submission by @Woowoo to dress up our social media and a few other places. I think the logo's are my favorite thing as they were collaborative efforts of the community. I am attaching the header submitted by woowoo here for those that do not see our fb page or social media , etc.

I'm ... um … resistant to change. Knowing this was coming I made a decision to let it grow on me. The hours I spent here yesterday doing nothing but clicking and clicking and clicking gave me a chance to see the forum over multiple browsers and devices. I LOVE the themes. I don't say I love much, but really. I have light sensitivity and was using a addon to produce a similar effect, but it didn't look nearly as good as this.
The unanswered option is great also. An amazing way to make sure that people are getting the support.

I'm sure there are things I haven't noticed yet, but those 2 in particular stood out to me. It looks great! Through all my clicking yesterday I think I figured out what was wrong with my computer (a bunch of tech nonsense related to servers), and it now loads much better. 2 So you all are amazing!
