Not the best advice, but going to the bathroom, washing my face or drinking water help me sleep better after nightmares. I have found that sometimes high body heat, not having enough water + food, can also be causes of bad dreams.

Hello I am new to forum. Always like to chat by phone. Am in a lot of pain after "inappropriate" cancer surgery to my head neck and chest plus my scoliosis and recently diagnosed diverticulitis. Sleeping badly often wide awake staring into the darkness trying to keep dark thoughts of the future out of my mind. Life long interests in politics as an Independent at national level , my engineering career, voluntary promoting contemporary jazz promoting national and international jazz musicains plus voluntary community work, e.g. organising monthly cancer supprt group meetings. Living in the UK
