I love peanut butter. It's really good with chocolate, but it's also equally good in a spicy sauce with some kind of fresh summer rolls or chicken skewers or whatever in Thai and other similar cuisines. I don't usually just have a peanut butter sandwich but I will frequently buy products with it in it.
Hey Angie, thanks for posting a cafe for today.
I love peanut butter, I usually only have it on a sandwich or sometimes on soda crackers. We also put it in the peanut butter chocolate chip cookies we sometimes make. I love Reese’s peanut butter cups too
Also, for anyone on SF like me who lives in Canada - Happy Canada day! ❤️ 🇨🇦 ❤️
I don't know. It's been one of those things i was always curious to try, but before i got around to it, i realised peanut butter probably doesn't like me. (I'm allergic to nuts)
There was a time when I ate a lot of peanut butter, especially when I was doing intense physical exercise.
Today, I don't eat it. If I feel like it sometimes, I just buy a bag of salted peanuts.
I do like peanut butter, the crunchier the better. I get some of my protein from it too since I don't eat meat. I eat it on celery and carrots. @Reality@Lifeisthis@CrashBandicoot@AmberMarie
I tried it, but I dont really eat it.
I order groceries online mostly these days, but I think its much less common in my country in general. Its not something you often see on shelves i think, except for bigger supermarkets where they have lots of stuff.
So I guess it doesnt sell so well here
At least thats my impression. But maybe ive just missed it because im not looking for it.
But it does feel less part of the culture here than in US. Mostly when ive heard of it, its from American movies
I like eating it out of a jar - smooth, not oily, no added sugar.
I like using it in cooking.
I don't like it as much as Biscoff spread. That stuff is a threat to my health. if I have it in the house I can eat the whole jar in one sitting, it's so more-ish.
Apologies for a day late (per usual I know)... thanks for opening @Angie and for the tag @JMG.
I love peanut butter... peanut butter & honey on toast for breakfast... a treat at night spoonful of vanilla ice cream, spoonful of peanut butter and dark chocolate square...
Late here, thanks @Angie for opening the cafe and @Lane for tagging me. I love peanut butter. I'll eat a spoonful with a banana, and probably a bigger spoonful than most. I dont eat bread anymore, but did love it on toast when the toast is still hot. I got stoned once with my ex bf, he laughed because I ate both peanut butter and put sugar on the spoon. Oh well, I was hungry lol.
I either do peanut butter a lot or rarely, it is a mix. I love that it is easy and quick protein for on the go and dash eating. But have never used it as much for cooking but as more like some others just out of the jar. LOL
If there was oil floating on top, then the storage conditions were probably not right. But it has its own unique taste. Anyway, everyone has their own preferences, and that's okay.
