Christmas cookie bake coming up in a couple of weeks so I've picked out 4 new ones to make. I'll make the gingerbread biscotti today because they'll keep and I won't have to rebake. That's teatime today. I'm also thinking about making gingerbread rum balls, lemon ricotta cookies and pumpkin pecan Mexican wedding cookies. Anyone have other Christmas favorites suggestions?:)
