I'm stained

I'm always stained with blood, scars all across my chest and back. Bruises in lower areas. I hope to god no one ever sees me naked. It hurts all of it hurts, I just wish it stays unseen forever.

The wonderful thing about the body is it will heal on its own. You don't have to tell it anything. It goes right to work fixing and patching and replacing for us. But that is not the case of the mind. If we want our minds to heal we need to feed them healing thoughts and info. Positive thoughts and affirmations make the healing possible. Love
