How old were you when you had your first job? I was 10 when I had my first job in my neighborhood shoveling snow and got paid $500 per season. Then at 18 I started working at a store where I got paid less than minimum wage.

Probably around 13 when I would babysit for .35 cents an hour. Later I helped with inventory at the hardware store where my dad worked.

Strictly speaking around 12yrs old when I acted as an "intermediary" for some of the guys at school who were sellng copies of computer games and were looking for interested buyers. Happy days, ended up making more money than most of the vendors.

Damn, everyone had jobs too early. I did some teaching and freelance translation at 21. Perhaps just for fun. Then gave up because it did seem like a hassel and i was studying for med school so... yea.

Unofficial jobs? I must've been about 12.
Real job? I was 17. Promptly got fired too, which was a drag. (Deserved it) Picked up another gig pretty quickly and held onto that one.

i was already a student in another major related to English translation, and taught in private schools and institutes. Useless totally tho, my parents told me to quit those lame low paying jobs.

Btw i might sound like a spoiled brat i figured. Idk if i am one or not tbh, here in europe where i study medicine i have to earn enough credits by passing enough subjects to get the scholarship, which is like a job contract pretty much. Although my parents tell me not to pressure myself and they would do their best to pay for it, but i dont wanna pressure them either because of currency value difference.
