Provoked a flare by hunting a mosquito

#1
This mosquito been bugging me at night getting close to my ear every time I almost fell asleep. I hit myself on the ear trying to kill it and just ended up giving myself a mini whiplash which is very easy to do with my neck instability and it threw my nervous system out of balance. Now the tinnitus got louder, balance got worse, I have difficulty falling asleep because I don't feel stable even when I'm lying in bed and the inability to hear anything except ear ringing just puts me on high alert and I get anxious scary dreams. This can last from days to months and I've no idea when it ends. Man I just love being physically fragile like that

This is extremely difficult for you, i am sure. i battled with mine for a very long time before getting help. i didn't realize what it was. i sleep with a sound machine now. A cheep one from walmart. It does help a bunch. i also got these hearing aides that act like a sound machine and helped with my hearing loss at the same time. They helped loads and nearly had it gone till i had covid. Now its back full force. One of my hearing aides broke while in treatment, so i haven't gotten it replaced. Without a job, that makes it a bit more difficult. Some insurances will help pay for them. It's worth the free looks into them. i wish you luck and patience.

I have it intermittently, and have no idea if there's something causing it or it is just a random thing. Sometimes if it iget bad, I use an app with customisable rain sound - helps me forget about it.
