I want to scream to let it out but not everyone is in a position to do this, there might be other people about ect.

So, if you want to let out a non verbal out burst here we go.

Allow yourself to write any letters or numbers on your keyboard in any manner you feel like, dont think about it, just let it out.

Yes admit that did feel good....used to do primal screams in my car driving home from work with radio blasting...needless to say when did it once stopped at a light did get a concerned glance from car next to me...lol!
