My car is in shop for repairs at 2500 dollars that I do not have. I drive on the job and already missed one week. I have looked for assistance but finding nothing.
I want to die. I had a plan but it is shot down without the car. Did google search and I just dont know. I cant leave a chance of just harming myself. I had an aunt that was killed on the interstate. I dont want to harm others. I am so frustrated.

Sometimes employer assistance programs are not known to employees until they inquire. Possibly you could ask HR if they have such a resource for hardships.

There are credit cards specifically designed for certain industries, like automotive. Affirm and maybe Snap are two that comes to mind that are often easy to get financing from.

Your frustrations are valid. Your initial solution is based on your frustrations and feeling like there’s no immediate resolve.

You are stronger than you think. You will find a resolution that does not involve any harm. And once you find it you will look back on this frustration as a triumphant moment.

I wish you the best outcome so you can get back to your productive self.

i'm sorry that things are so bad right now @TSS . @may71 is right it might not need as many repairs as they say. look up what they say is wrong with your car and do a little research. if you are mechanically inclined you might be able to fix it yourself, look it up on youtube first. there are also private mechanics that are cheaper, no car is worth your life. if you ever want to talk feel free to use my inbox

Im hanging in there for now. Things not looking good. I could lose my job. Once I turn 60 in a few days need to just end things dince I cant resolve anything.
i hope you don't lose your job but hopefully you won't. if you live in the states and you lose your job contact aarp to see if they can help. you can also check out agency on aging. it does look bleak but it's possible to find other options.

just fyi we kind of hit rock bottom last year and were 2 weeks away from eviction and homelessness through no fault of our own. of course we had those thoughts but fought, got help from family, and prayed. we ended up in a senior apartment complex that was clean and big and most of all affordable. my point is even when things get bad don't give up you have to fight harder and also ask for help if you can

I'm sorry this happened. Please don't kill yourself. You may be able to find another job (if you can get your car back on the road), or collect some benefits like unemployment or social security.

There's probably a better way out than death.

Wishing you good things.
