He kept asking until i said yes and then he first forced me to give him a <Mod edit:graphic>before he pressed me down on the bed, just to <Mod edit: graphic> me even tho i said he should stop. I am so sorry and it breaks my heart to know this happened to you even though I don't know you personally. There is no excuse for what he did. What can we do to help you right now?

I am so sorry this happened to you. A crime - a terrible offense - has been committed against you.

You should go to the police. It's up to you to decide whether or not to press charges, but either way the police will be able to help you access the support you need.

Meanwhile you have some to the right place for friendly ears to listen and shoulders to lean on.

I'm sorry this happened. There may be some resources that could help.

www.hotpeachpages.net has a world-wide directory of domestic violence and abuse resources. Many of those resources are geared toward violence in the context of a relationship, but if they can't help directly, they should be able to refer you on to services.

211
211 is available in the US and Canada. They could be able to refer you to counseling and other services. You can call 211, and you can also visit the websites www.211.org (US) or www.211.ca (Canada).

Women's Aid deals with both domestic violence and sexual violence in the UK. The services there seem to be very good.

This acupressure self-massage might be helpful:

Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine might help with the nightmares. This link has more info:
Chinese Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture, World's Second Largest Medical System

Also, members here have said that a drug called prazosin can help with nightmares. It's primarily a blood pressure medication and its use for treating nightmares is off-label, so not all doctors will prescribe it. Some members here swear by it though.

There may also be some antidepressants that can help with nightmares.

I hope something can help Sophie

I hope you were able to move and get away from him. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior. There is justice in this world and we get back what we dish out. But try not to let this bad experience ruin your life. I am sorry and I wish I had been there to put a stop to it. Take care of yourself and know that you are loved. Love
