... Where I'm actually excited and looking forward to live. If you ask me "the tips", I'm not sure if I can answer that; because I don't know the answer. I'm still trying to figure it out because I would like to help and share it with those who need it. But I guess the possible answer is just that I stop worrying about everything, and having the "go with the flow" mindset. And it's different if I want to compare to a couple years ago where I pretty much had the same mindset, but I was completely depressed. So all I did back then was laying and rotting in bed, I didn't have any energy. I guess getting out of the house is one of the things that really helped me, and having some alone time. I'm grateful for this, and I hope I can keep it up.
