1. Most of your physical fears are straight nonsense. Your social fears, meanwhile, are legit. So face the former category of fears.
2. Making mistakes is ok as long as you do it in private so make as many as you want, and take notes. You're not gonna learn broad lessons, only specific ones, and that's fine. Keep slugging along extremely slowly, slower than baby steps, because nothing is that serious, including life itself.
3. Have a sense of humor when you can, that'll take a load off your back, specifically - the back of your brain. The subconscious will let everything that it can laugh at, slide.
4. Do TRE (Trauma Release Exercises) if you are tense all the time for no reason.
5. Being friendless is tremendously free in comparison to being with friends that are a bad influence.
6. Take at least 1 deadly risk, you'll feel like a freaking superhero.
7. Go on a nightdrive in a rental, it's a surreal experience that'll you remember long after.
8. Don't ask for help with anything other than mundane, most people can't help you with your ultra-specific requests.
9. Listen to audiobooks while walking on a treadmill instead of reading books, you'll save your eyes that way. You can walk with swag, that'll have you feeling yourself and nobody cares about you as much as they care about themselves so you can feel yourself all you want, it's fine, nobody will punch you in the nose. Stay quiet though otherwise you might catch one.
