I didn't give this much thought before posting it, just want to encourage everyone to keep up the daily habit of drinking plain water in the right, healthy amount for you. Feel free to post your thoughts, &/or other simple inexpensive healthy habits.

Drinking enough water helps me to sleep better and I have more mental and physical energy.

This can be also be adapted....
After doing some sport it's common for atheletes to have an ice bath. So why not add some fruit juice and soda? That way one may enjoy hydrating themselves with a refreshing slush puppy.
I've just re-read my previous post. FFS the grammar and spelling is atrocious. Seems my brain wasn't adequately hydrated at the time as it's obvious I wasn't paying that much attention whilst composing that shite. *facepalm

It's also common for athletes to soak sore muscles in magnesium sulfate so I'd like to be sure to caution you against that as you hydrate using your method or there could be some pretty significant problems that may arise :D

Good point as the Mag Sulf could so easily wipe out all that effort to rehydrate. As well as potentially destroying the bathroom decor *hysterical
