Hi everyone, I Have a big dental issue, my filling fell out this morning and I am so anxious and scared over it, I due to have it replaced a week ago but my appointment was canceled as it fell on the same day the queens funeral. They can’t get me back in now until end off February, I will call them tomorrow for a emergency appointment but what do I do if I can’t get an appointment as the lines may be busy, any help would be appreciated, many thanks.

Hi there,
If you're in the UK, then check the NHS choices website where they should be able to point you in the right direction. They should be able to provide you with emergency numbers where if you call them, you'll be triaged and offered urgent treatment if needed.

Hope you don't mind, I've just hovered the keyboard mouse over your avatar, - from Wales? If you still living there, then this may be of help

Ok that's cool. Hopefully someone will be able to fit you in without too much of a wait.

That's awful.

This thread has some info about a similar dental emergency in the UK:

This article has some info about what to do if a filling falls out:

There may be other articles that you could find online. Of course, if your dentist can give you advice, that would be ideal.

@JacsMom may want to comment.

I hope something can help.
