Jobs that will hire mentally ill people and won’t discriminate

So as someone with anxiety and depression and a former alcoholic that worked jobs. Here are the following jobs that will hire mentally ill people and not discriminate against us.
Sign holder jobs will hire mentally ill people and won’t discriminate mentally ill people since all you do is hold and wave an advertisement sign. Also my boss in my sign holder jobs was wondering why the hell would a college graduate work as a sign holder and I told him because I have low self esteem and I worry about if I’m in the right job or compotent enough basically I told him I have anxiety and I get depressed when I don’t surpass anything like a job and my boss didn’t care and told me I should be more ambitious but tells me I do a good job. You don’t have to tell sign holder jobs that you have mental health issues since they don’t care about it as long as you do the jobs. I’ve seen all walks of life people working in sign holder jobs like mentally ill people, ex cons, felons, drug addicts basically weed smokers, immigrants, young people, old people, SOs and in some cases wheelchair users.
Another job that don’t discriminate and will hire mentally ill people are mascot jobs since all you do is dance and walk around and take pictures as a mascot and you just have to pass a background check for mascot jobs which is easy because they don’t hire people that’s have crimes against kids or other vulunerable people like disabled and elderly. Also nobody can see your facial expressions or emotions when you’re wearing a mascot costume.
Also working as a snow shoveler is a good job for folks with mental illness since they won’t discriminate and it’s outdoors. You either shovel snow manually with a shovel if you don’t have a drivers license or shovel snow with snow blower or snow plow if you have a drivers license.
Lastly working as a greeter like Walmart greeter is a good job for folks with mental health issues because you just check receipts and greet customers. Walmart is know to hiring lot of people with mental and physical disabilities.
Finally even though this sounds ignorant or contradictory working at a slaughter house is a good jobs for folks with mental health issues because slaughter houses don’t do any background and don’t discriminate against who they hire. Also lot of slaughterhouses workers then to have mental health issues like ptsd and alcoholism or are recovering alcoholics from what I been told my people that worked at slaughter houses. Plus slaughter houses pay good money and give full time hours.

Every US state, and most first world countries have vocational assistance programs for people with disabilities. It's often called "vocational rehabilitation", or something similar. If you're in the US or Canada, you can call 211 and they should be able to direct you to services if you can't find them online.

Thanks. Your right. Just got to find a job that don’t discriminate. Luckily all three of my jobs sign holder all year round don’t discriminate, snow shoveling in winters don’t discriminate and mascot in summers don’t discriminate.
