Xenforo forums over the past few months have been seeing spam posts from existing user accounts. Bots hitting forums using lists of emails/passwords leaked elsewhere. We strongly recommend that all users change their password ASAP.
It seemed at least somewhat effective when I was on it some years back. The only noticeable side effect was that it lowered my sex drive down to none at all. That may or may not matter to you, but I’ve heard the same from others too.
Given meds are all very individualized, it did not work for me. I really did not expect it to as it is so closely related to Lexapro which also didn't touch my depression in the least.
It's not strange at all. Psych meds can really mess with your sexual response. On one, I could simply not get to the peak AT ALL. Which was quite depressing. Ironically.

That was Cymbalta. Citalopram was okay although it just didn't work for me. I recommend therapy over meds but I know meds do help a lot of people, or so I've heard. I've tried dozens and not sure any of them had any positive effect that wasn't a placebo effect.
Doesn’t sound strange at all. That was the reason I stopped taking it. If an antidepressant can make your life worse in some ways, it kinda defeats the purpose. And that side effect in particular can definitely make things worse.
It caused ptosis for me. Eye droop that is. Stopped it and ptosis resolved. I easinmyonitaboit a month when side effect was obvious. Slow progression on low dose.
Been on it for decades. It does stop me from crying or being too emotional. I have tried to stop a couple of times and I plunge into depression, so I go back. I'm afraid I'm stuck on it. I guess there are worse things.
