I already said, that I have 3 good months and then - crash landing. However, I wanted to tell what I did during my last 3 good months. I did not eat. Don't misunderstand - its not fasting, nor "juice fasting" or another thing. What I did was easy - only drink. I made exactly 95 days and my menu every day was:
COLD 1 Liter fresh orange juice (you can use the machine in the supermarket, but drink it in the morning, otherwise the vitamin C will not let you sleep) 2,70 EUR
COLD 1 Liter water with one Maggie cube (body needs some salt) 0,50 EUR
HOT 1 Liter of tea with a little honey (body needs as well some sugar) 0,50 EUR
COLD 1 Liter of water with one multivitamin and amino acid (important for the bones, pills) 2 EUR
COLD 1 Liter of "Puleva" - its a drink with omega-3 (very important) like virgin olive oil 2 EUR
HOT 1 Liter of milk with pure cacao (100%) 1,50 EUR
COLD 1 Liter protein shake (otherwise you lose muscles) guess, 2 EUR
COLD 1 Liter of tomato or vegetable juice with African cayenne pepper 1 EUR
HOT 1 coffee in the morning (I need this) 0,50 EUR ---> so, total day 13 - 15 EUR. With cleaning material and gym etc. 650 EUR month.
That's a lot to drink, but it's warm and sometimes hot in Spain. It helped me as well to live a little on the cheap side and I had less to do in the house and much more time.
Daily routine: wake up, coffee, go to the gym (1 hour), shopping, 2 hours break to relax, clean apartment, wash, iron etc. Then I went nearly every day for a long Nordic walk ( 15 KM), then free...
Result: I got rid of some depression and nightmares, I slept correctly after 2 months (from 2300 to 0600) gained muscles, lost weight, felt good and fit.... I stopped smoking, drinking alcohol and got rid of psycho medication (not all, but many). One I will have to take until I die - no other way.
Bad side: I had to learn to make daily water enema (is this the correct word?) as going to the toilet will not be often and nearly impossible (very hard). But you have to pee very often - clear. And sometimes to force yourself to drink your daily dose of 8 liters. All two hours one liter. For walking I took 3 - 4 liters and came back with empty bottles.
I am so down for the moment - but have some power left - so I start again now 01.10.23 until exactly the end of the year. Try it - its worth it to see you body change and with it your soul. I lost 15 KG, but built up muscles and was really fit. Only stopping to smoke was really expensive (they should make this cheaper). I am really not fat or overweight. At the end 58 KG, 174 m, good shape. And at the end - at the airport I ate a cheeseburger before leaving for Africa. PS: am back now, got really very sick.
