I am re-restarting my indoor 15-storey stair routine

I walk down one storey, along the hall to the other set of emergency stairs and down the next and along the hall…Down all the storeys and then back up. Today took just over 20 minutes. A good workout.

I do not enjoy exerciser as a rule. When I did this a few years ago, I got to the point that I missed doing it if my schedule didn’t allow it. I am working towards that again. :)

I like this very much Acy. Go you. Indoor stair workout in winter is great. It'll soon be too cold for me to get my runs outside, so it sounds weird but I envy you having those stairs available.
Watch your step okay, no pun intended.

Thank you for the support! Every journey starts with a single step.

@seabird — you could try the local mall and do fast circuits, taking all the stairs you can find. I did that before, too. I dawdle more in the shopping centre. Too many interesting distractions. :D
You’re heartily welcome Acy!
Thanks for the tipslol I love malls too. :) But I live in a place where the nearest mall is a 95 mile round trip drive. :p
Mental health is forcing a decision: cross some food off my weekly list to budget a gym membership from now until Spring?
When I walk &/or run I tell myself I’m running for the loved ones I lost to suicide, for my own mental & physical health, & for anyone who isn’t able to get out the door today.
