Town Hall Meeting - All Members Welcome

Hi All,

We are holding a "town hall meeting" in chat today - 3pm EST / 8pm GMT for any members to pop along to discuss SF, plans for 2017 and any ideas for the future of the site.

There will be a room set up for this so please feel free to come along for a chat - if you can't make the meeting, you can leave your thoughts and ideas here if you prefer

We look forward to seeing lots of you - you guys are what make SF the wonderful place it is!

'Town hall meeting', I like it. It's like the forum is one big village. It's nice to see the staff here so keen to get feedback from other members. A very nice change for me, compared to the other forums I've been on.

I am in total agreement, the staff here are not your average forum staff, they value our opinions and want to make SF a safe haven for all and are open to criticism even about anything. Well done SF. SF provides us with a forum that we can share literally anything in a safe environment where we know we will not be judged. From sleep issues to weight issues to suicidal thoughts, SF is an amazing place. I wouldn't be here 9 years later if it wasn't. Thank you admin, staff and pro's and members. The member's opinion is valued just as much as admin which is totally amazing and why the town hall meeting is taking place I believe I'm an SF ''lifer''

I missed the meeting

Is there going to be a meeting results thread/post later?

Yes , we will have one later this week or perhaps on a weekend. Looking to get ideas for the best times for people. We will also be posting minutes from the meeting that we did have that you can read through and comment on.

While clearly we cannot hit every time period, if anybody has suggestions for the time on the next one please feel free to leave a note and reason why it might be a better time for some members.

I will put together some minutes hopefully by the end of today and post them on the forum for anyone who wasn't able to get to the meeting - please feel free to add ideas and thoughts to them once I do
